A community newspaper is committed to serving and building a local
community by providing news and information to enhance the quality of
life and to forge community bonds. A paper such as this provides a
means of recording events; it tells the history of this community as it
happens. The paper also defines this community; it defines it as a
society. It gives it identity.
I propose that for two weeks, members of netbehaviour fax or scan and
email important (to them) stories from their local community newspaper
(not the big ones, the small ones). I will incorporate these into a
daily netbehavior community newspaper. I might add other bits from the
list or the world at large or reaction to particular stories. I would
also ask each contributor to make a business card ad for our classified
section.
It is simple, but a pleasant project I think. Would this be an
acceptable residency?

plus my wife's assistance as always,
so it is not entirely my own efforts to be totally frank)
