[NetBehaviour] JPG: residency proposal

ok by me, was away.  If you would still accept residency by me (and 
donna), I would propose that during residency, members of netbehaviour 
would email or fax us scans of a story (preferably with image) in a 
local community newspaper. We would take these scans, respond in various 
ways (drawing, video, etc), and then compile a "community newspaper" for 
netbehaviour at end of residency.
