suddenly too much to talk about but re:

here at Furtherfield we have been planning for a while to work on 
developing a community ring that clusters exisiting 
internet-communicastic free webcam, chat voice over IP software etc to 
serve exactly that purpose. It shouldn't be too complicated to set up- 
a nice way of doing this so that people could decide who they wanted to 
be available to each other.
