[NetBehaviour] Netbehaviour is back! (again-er oh yes, and again)

Welcome back Clemos and everyone else...

Sorry about the glut of mails suddenly coming ion now. It was either 
delete them or let them flow...

We had a crash on the server last week- everything was sorted out but 
for some reason the Netbeahviour list was not responding, so we got a 
friend on the server to have a look at it- but we did not know what was 
happening till today, when it was fixed.

So thanx for the help Steve!
