Hi all Netbehaviourists,
Back, nearly ;-)
Ok - We were hacked twice. Last week, was the beginning in sorting
everything out.
Firstly, thank you for the support by those who were concerned about
Furtherfield and Netbehaviour and connected projects, who sent kind
emails to us with such warmth and understanding. Your support is always
respected and valued, it keeps us going through the tough times...
Also, a big thanks to those who have been helping the Furtherfield crew
with the breaking down of the server, such as Neil Jenkins, Steve Hanlon
& Grzesiek sedek.
As many of you also know, we are not an institution and do not have the
advantage of an infrastructure that has the official support already
there to deal with, or pay for the expensive costs of resolving such
happenings. Having said this, we are getting everything back in order -
many of our associated blogs are still a little frazzled, but will be
back as they were before, by the end of the week.
Furtherfield.org is back to normal,
Furthernoise.org is back to normal,
Netbehaviour.org is back to normal,
The rest of the neighbourhood still needs some loving and attention...
We do actually have a brand new Furtherfield.org CMS site, waiting in
the wings to replace the current one - with new reviews already up, but
the recent hacking has stopped us from replacing it. So, as soon as we
are sure that it is all secure, it will go up along with everything
else, remade.
wishing everyone well.
marc
