behaviour. Since this is a EU directive, your data is to be shared
across the EU. Predictable downhill slide. Invest in multiple, trusted,
overseas proxies and encrypt everything now before this becomes law.

Here is the proposal from the UK Home Office website. Because they just
couldn't make it that easy, you have to add '.pdf' to the file name to
open it correctly...
