[NetBehaviour] longshot- looping flvs in ffmpegX

Hello,

this is a longshot...

has anyone here ever used ffmpegX
its a piece of free software for Mac that converts .mov to .flv  
(among lots of other useful things)

I'm attempting to convert some moving images to use in Visitorsstudio  
http://visitorsstudio.org

After some fiddling I've managed to make the conversion work but  
can't get the looped .mov to loop as a .flv

has anyone else ever tried it and made this work?
