[NetBehaviour] some postings on the list

ooops!

Apologies to Turbulence & others regarding some posts on Netbehaviour
being delayed. Some posts every now and then, hang on the server and
need an admin to free them to the list. Either because there is a code,
scripting clash and the Mailman software may presume it's a spam. Or the
file is too big, or because the mailer themselves are not a list user.

Due to being away on a much needed break I have not been around to
release some these posts. So some may not be posted beause they are now
out of date...
