Live Herring '08 is a Media Art Exhibition showing at the Jyväskylä.

Art museum October 29 - November 23, 2008.
Live Herring ´08 media art exhibition presents media art as a diverse
phenomenon, it is concentrating on new media art.

The official call for submissions is already over, but we are still
asking for submissions from all over the world:

• works of net art for the "Net dot lounge" which will be part of the
exhibition.

• works of digital animation for the "Flash-lounge" which will be
included in the exhibition.

As a part of the exhibition, short screenings of media art will be 
arranged from the window of Jyväskylä Art Museum. Short works (max. 5 
min) will also be shown in these screenings.

The deadline for submissions is October 20, 2008.
