La noche en blanco, or White Night in English, celebrates its third  
edition in the capital city of Madrid. 150 activities and events  
occupy the streets, squares, and museums of Madrid including outdoor  
theater, art exhibits, and concerts.  All events and public  
transportation are free for the night in order to bring the best of  
contemporary art within reach of all citizens and visitors. La noche  
en blanco will once again be a unique, unforgettable festivity!

During the days prior to La noche en blanco, Matadero Madrid will  
host Reflex, a symposium of talks, discussions, and workshops by  
selected international artists and curators from the festival.
