i think ruth & aileen must have arrived in this wonderful city, but i 
haven't found them yet. it's pouring with rain, thunder & lightning, & 
i'm sitting in the cafe of the hostel - which is crowded because of the 
weather - madly doing last minute things for the 090909 UpStage 
festival, which happens tomorrow coinciding with the start of the /etc 
(i know, crazy, but things were just getting too quiet in my life ; )
