imgcolor is not a google parameter, curt. getting blue images, for instance, 
can be done with

http://images.google.com/images?q=blue

but the images are blue not because the bot has sampled the color of the 
images. but because the language surrounding the image and, possibly, the 
name of the image, strongly involves the word 'blue'.

if you visit http://images.google.com/advanced_image_search and muck around, 
you can see what terms *are* google image search parameters.
