Concert installation for choreographed choir and live electronics with
the audience as score

Sunday, September 11 is the premiere of Ann Roséns concert installation
ZO-4. This first performance takes place in the Eric Ericson Hall and is
held in connection with the celebration of Skepsholmens Day, 2011th

ZO-4 is a work in which an ever rising timbre meets electronic noise.
Dressed in black with personal opportunistic accessories, choreographed
singers will succeed one another for an entire day. The movement of the
audience and the singers are part of the score and will be interpreted
by live electronic musicians.

Featuring singer from Plica Vocalise, Annas kör, Stans kör, Shhh kören
and musicians Lise-Lotte Norelius, Jacob Riis and Sten-Olof Hellström.

  World premiere: Sunday, September 11, 2011, at 11.00 -17.00

Location: The Eric Ericson Hall, Skeppsholmen

ZO-4 is the fourth and final movement in Ann Rosen work Zonula
Occludens. The work is based on the idea of an eternally rising tone
(cf. Shepard tone). The work with ZO-4 has been assisted by Lena
Frilund, singer and director and Carina Törnblom, producer.

The first performance of ZO-4 is a collaboration between Ann Rosen, Eric
Ericson International Choral Centre and the Electronic Music
Studio/Statens Musikverk with support from Konstnärsnämnden and the
Helge Ax: son Johnson Foundation.
