[NetBehaviour] Olympic Bus Tops

Evening,

I wonder if any of you might be able to help. I am looking for an
app/script that might export and bit maps from a csv file, for example
an image for each row. I am currently mucking about with this:

which was commissioned by the cultural Olympiad. My plan is to feed it
a selection of the enormous splurge of data which resulting from the
'transparent' practices of the Olympics. So far i've got here (early
days):
