Hi Helen, Graz and all,

I have been working with a friend Ben Carey who designed a max patch  
that works in tandem to skype. You can share your desktop playing a  
video file while discussing it with your skype collaborator (This  
might also work with google hangouts for multi-user applications). The  
patch uses soundflower 16 to direct the audio from both skype and the  
file being played to a wave editor like sound studio/ logic/  
protools..mabey audition to record the conversation and the audio from  
the file.

As I am just wanting to record audio of collaborators discussing a  
video file, this suits my purpose. Although we have auditioned it in  
the lab I will be using for the first time next week. I will let you  
know how it goes quality wise Ben is drawing up a read me doc as to  
how to use it and we will post it on in the coming days.
