[NetBehaviour] Art Identification Help

I am trying to remember some art from the 70s where an artist logged 
their activities and presented forms with a tally of events as a record. 
I think it was for a month at a time, and I think there may have been 
samples of clothes and bodily fluids as well.

I remember this from a book along with an artist who would introduce two 
strangers and document the event (actually I'd also like to track that 
down), and some early Gilbert & George.
