When going through the laptop of someone I knew who died a couple of
years ago I found some VRML2 work, which would load with software that's
still just about in Debian's repos.
I also found some VRML1 work, which wouldn't. I had to use the DOS-based
VRML1 to VRML2 converter that was fortunately on the laptop as well.
I think software art should be delivered as virtual machine images. But
that doesn't help software art made before VMs were popular.
