[NetBehaviour] Year of Code begins with 404 ;-)

That 404 just about sums it up! I saw some woman on "newsnight" yesterday
talking up this incentive, but she hadn't got a clue of what she was
talking about. I suppose the idea is good and empowering people but it just
makes me think of endless rows of people working in cubicles.
