I started writing in the form to explain how fair use should allow me
to copy my CD to my hard drive and then encode the copied audio to MP3
and place it on a portable media device, and how unfair it is to expect
people to pay for the same music over and over again as
technology evolves.

Then I thought about how the relevant politicians are going to be up to
their eyeballs in this sort of whining and why the hell shouldn't I pay.

*"&* asking for permission to parody.
