*Subject: *[hackthebarbican] Small scale recycling machine for an art
project
Hello everyone,
Anyone interested in making a nationwide public artwork with a prestigious
conceptual artist, read below (this opportunity would be paid):
"We are hoping to find someone who is interested in building a small scale
recycling machine.
Examples of makers who have developed blueprints for simple machinery which
allows for soft plastics to be recycled on a small scale in the
Neatherlands here - a project called 'Precious Plastics'
http://www.preciousplastic.com/about/
The project we are working on will be realised in 2017. For this project we
would like to collect and 'clean up' select coastlines of the UK and use
this plastic to make the artwork, or at least part of the artwork.
If there is anyone working on anything like this - or who would be
interested in working on something like this then please be in touch."
If anyone is interested, you can contact me (tadeosendon at gmail.com) and
I'll forward directly to the artist.
Thanks!
Tadeo
