We are in brighton, uk.

Many years ago i forgot myself listening to some pretty loud noises at night.
So a neighbour decided to call in the police.
They probably knocked on the door for a while. i heared them once decided
to alter the noises a bit..
Police asked to come in saying they heard Someone screaming in the house.
Where from?
>From upstairs.
Ok.. Can you take the shoes off?
No. I have to keep them on while on "duty".
In that case, if you fancy going up, can you tip toe on the side of the
boards? We don't want them dirty, do we.

That's how I got a police person to duck-like go up the stairs all the way
to the attick - which they had to be reminded of - to look for a screaming
person.

I think they came fairly promptly..

Though 13 years ago they had more funds..

Cheers!
