[NetBehaviour] Fwd: Tom and Gary need your help!

The DDP has come to Austin four or five times. It is wildly fun.

The first few times they pretended that it was a spontaneous event,
however they had applied for a parade permit weeks beforehand.

Beyond that, I have never seen such a rambunctious "parade".

The events inspired several local artists to create their own mobile
sound systems. We call them "party wagons".

As the sonic mob moved through the streets, pedestrians would join.
The group was always larger at the end than at the beginning. Police
would smile and dance with us.

At one point, the DDP descended on City Hall, dancing on the steps,
some even climbing onto the roof. The security guards did nothing.
They saw it as "just good fun".
