[NetBehaviour] homeless tents

You'd be more shocked by people in Providence literally living on the 
street, no tents at all. There are homeless shelters but they're dangerous 
and some people prefer the streets in any case. And the winters can be 
brutal... Read the average lifespan of someone here on the streets is 
45-52, and that 38% have severe mental problems. It's sad everywhere in 
the states, no real social net available, little if any treatment...
