Hi Michael,
I may be wrong (being in Providence isn't the center of the world by a long
shot), but people seem numbed here; between the tweets and retracting of
whatever compassionate laws we've had, the protests are continuous but seem
at least to me, pessimistic. The news is a barrage of bad; we're all
waiting and preparing for the November mid-term elections...
Alan (btw we're still trying to leave Providence, tied up in all sorts of
messes)
