found this signal or portion of a signal, recorded in 2006, most
likely in west virginia, possibly outside an nsa install.
original in .pcm format (included). the other versions are .mp3
from .wav untangling the original. no idea what this represents
or what the original source was. the pulses are not quite
equivalent. i'm fascinated by anomalies like this. there's also
a chance the pulses are from vlf, but that doesn't get me closer
to the source. and i've recorded chirps before. the name btw has
no real meaning as far as i can recall; and there's also a
second file, thai or thai1, i've yet to untangle. all of these
are on an older computer that i used at eyebeam later, and there
are numerous files on it, including access grid experiments
setting up video and audio to circle the planet along prescribed
routes. some of these i've put up before; more of them to come
as well (recorded fwiw around 2007-2008).
