were rumors Patty Hearst was in the hills in the area and
I remember talking and at the same time looking out the
windows of the room I was in and whenever I was walking
around the place with all the other students, I don't
remember what the faculty was doing, and there were no
signs of her, so it was a false alarm but then later she
was caught outside Scranton Pennsylvania about fifteen
miles from where I was born and of course I felt an odd
connection to her because whether she was right or wrong
everyone else in the govt. seemed wrong at the time, no
great surprise there, and then when I heard Scranton, it

better place, now there's a cleric living there and at
one point believe it or not Marie Antoinette built a
manor to escape to in the vicinity but of course didn't
make it, only the cleric so far, but what Patty Hearst
represented I couldn't tell you then, no words for that,
but I was sad when she was caught and it seemed the end
of something that had maybe blown it and maybe should
have gone on forever and somehow be righteous, we thought
