against cold and fear of cold, against breaking, shuffled,
huddled, carefully brought forward, unwrapped,
strings tuned as before, thinking of the leadgrey skies
of London, the machinery of capital, delicate antennae searching
skies and signals otherwise, the great wheeleye of capital,
the lowering natural world but tamed and viscountable, thinking
the city of skeined passages and their untoward silence, yes w/
silence, returning to guqin, protecting against drying/splitting
against freezing, against breaks and shuffling, huddling,
bringing forth, unwrapping, tuning, thought of leadgrey skies,
machinations, the search of skies and signaling, great wheeling
eyes the capital/ the low natural world taming, thought of
passing by, silencing, yes, silencing, w/ qin and skein and
silent, sound
