[NetBehaviour] idea of cursed images in new yorker

Just heard about this phrase today, "cursed images," this relates to the idea of apocalypse and the possible value of a global mindfulness Renaissance as in the Kabat-Zinn link I believe I posted previously.

Btw, is anything going on with the Very Large Works show?  That is an interesting idea vis a vis Borges where the map is as big as the universe it is mapping, making it useless, not to overly praise Borges but just to allude.
