playing terz and madal, superimposing
early morning for me well last night tried to sleep
without any pills from 2:30 am and then around maybe 6-7 am
took a couple of melatonin, not the timed ones, just to stop
thinking self inflictions and then slept maybe i don't know
around maybe 9-10 am and then woke around 11 and showered
and played shakuhachi oud terz madal in that order practice
thought with the terz and madal together it would work as
that nervousness took hold replacing the usual horrors and
did you know over 3000 died last night so against that
i played terz madal and linked them and that nervousness
led to some music i thought well this is really good if
anything could be with so many dead the deadliest day yet
says the news well holding on to the music hoping you will
like it well
