unraveling unhappening, release

https://youtu.be/Tgegd1CaofE VIDEO

the usual, nothing happens, about two weeks ago, a car is stopped,
released, a flat event, unreported, from the window couldn't tell
who was driving, the stoppage would have been frightening, almost
a happening, almost reported, but not quite, hanging on the edge
of what, tyranny and violence, perfectly harmless, one everyday
behavior or not, on the edge of a cliff, fermenting, waiting, all
of a day, the noise was deafening, cameras at the ready, walking
or running, no event at all, something in the depths of the after-
noon, every day in the USA, the signs unreadable or all too common,
teetering on the ledge, perfect video in the evening sun, nothing
to report here, flat density, noise, something or nothing out of
the corner of the eye, long way down from here
