the lighting reminded me of classical painting,
Gericault, David, chiaroscuro. it was remarkably
peaceful, after the onslaught on the Capitol. I
watched the proceedings from the beginning to
4 a.m. they were calmed and somewhat healing. the
event was like a slow-moving canvas, almost kind,
almost in shock. here are some images.
