[NetBehaviour] Cyberfeminism Index book has been released

i've ordered it - but will have to wait until march ... (apparently it's 
slightly faster to order through uk than through usa, which is weird as 
it's published in the usa, but this is what my local bookshop in nz have 
told me).

can't wait!!
