You are all invited to the presentation of my book Whose Time Is It?, that
will take place next Tuesday online, at 6pm CET.

"Whose Time Is It? Asocial Robots, Syncolonialism, and Artificial
Chronological Intelligence," by Stamatia Portanova (Università di Napoli
'L'Orientale'), edited by Geoff Cox (London South bank University) and
Jacob Lund (Aarhus University) for The Contemporary Condition series
(Sternberg Press). Book presentation, with the participation of Iain
Chambers (Writer and Independent Researcher), Luciana Parisi (Duke
University) and Tiziana Terranova (Università di Napoli 'L'Orientale').

The book discusses the automation of time and of temporal cognition by
blockchain and AI technologies, with specific reference to the context of
postcolonial China, and to the recent debates on Sinofuturism.
