two pieces, two days:

Trying, second day

https://youtu.be/bpTRnyHsHS4

Trying was created on the usual Second Life site, but with
highly constrained circumstances, mirroring the local host. The
two are a pair, as in these dark times, nothing moves fast or
with certainty. The frame rate again was low, in part due to
voice to text, and in part due to the recording mode. The titled
interspersions define and expand whatever language has to offer.
Again voice to text recognizing again the lags again that create
the necessity of traversing territories repeatedly, as if
language were a war. Today was a slightly easier day, mourning
is easier than news perhaps, the dull thud of nothing. Who can
deal with the day, cannot deal with the night; who can deal with
the night, cannot deal with the day; who can deal with the day
or night?

"Trying, this second, is about the parceling of virtual space,
cornered, language pushed to the edges. What we speak really
doesn't refer anyway no matter what one thinks, but what we
speak can create barriers, for example where I can and cannot go
in this city. These are bad karma pieces almost like talismans.
O whom wish for me that these reverse or are held in abeyance.

"They're meditative, text and minimally animated.

"They're almost not there perhaps not there at all. I turn the
corner and cannot see myself in the mirror and I disappear, I
learn to disappear in this fashion and disappear now without the
aid of this or any other mirror, nothing more than mirrored
thought almost like thin strata or sheaves, absent of writing or
location, absent of life or death."
