Hi clemos,

No I do not have a precise idea - I think that due to the manner of Netbehaviour and because its spirit comes from a collaborative leaning, in some ways, that it would be good to leave it open for various users on the list to negotiate a theme.

Below seems cool to me, although this also offers us all opportunity to create some new specific ascii works according to the chosen theme or idea.

hi marc
hi all

definitely I do make ascii arts stuff, although none of them are
really ... releasable

there's this crappy thing I made for a workshop:
http://www.emakimono.org/bbb/space.htm
well, it's not working really properly, and it's in french, but it
_should_ work like this :
it's a 3D space you can customize by adding different ascii material
in order to do this, you can enter simple text on the top right
textarea, or browse the web with the top left "mini-explorer", with
which you can add images that are asciized, or follow links, etc etc
(saving (= "enregistrer") doesn't work)

anyway, I have more simple things somewhere I have to tidy, and I
would definitely enjoy to
contribute...http://www.emakimono.org/bbb/space.htmhttp://www.emakimono.org/bbb/space.htm

do you have a more precise idea of a form for the whole collaboration ?

 Hi Ivan,

Nice to hear a voice from Mexico City & of course it's great that you want
to be part the Netbehaviour Ascii project. It would also be cool, if we
could all worked together (those involved), like a team in creating this
playful exploration. I've got some ascii art that I can definately use that
is just lying around on the computer - some of it can also be improved.

 OK...

 Netbehaviour Ascii Artists so far...

I was wondering...

Who has, or does ascii art on this list, in their spare time?

Because some of us who are interested in such a thing could collaborate.

Just an idea. And such net-behaviour has not been happening other lists
like this for a while now - and it is such a list thing to do.

Also, Is there a theme that certain Netbehaviourists would like to vote
for, or disucuss on the list about, regarding such a collaboration?

All the material could be collective/gathered and put in the form of a net
art exhibition, on the netbehaviour web site.

We could have some of writers whoi frequent Netbehaviour writing a short
statement about ascii-art etc...

Anyway...I'll leave that for you to mull over with :-)
